Ive now got a nice transfer budget and im looking at bringing in some quality to the squad... In you opinion if u make all the sigings u need at start of window can your team gel or do u feel to many changes ruin a setup? keef Posted September 30, 2012 Share Posted September 30, 2012 If you schedule enough friendly matches, and use a formation/instructions that most of the team is comfortable with, then you should be fine for the start of the season. make sure that you are strengthening, rather than replacing where you can though Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Only problem I seem to have is the wage budget, as chairman given me 30+ mil but kept my wage cap to 750, which villa were well over when I took over.
