Is This an issue in fm2013? Its about youth team tactics

I am playing FM11, there is an issue I'm having where my youth team always has a 4-4-2 formation and there is no convineint way of switching it to a 4-3-3. I already tried to put it into the tactics, I hired a coach that perfers 4-3-3 and put him in charge... and nothing, still does the 4-4-2. I can't use the "first team tactics" option because my first team is essintially a 4-1 - - -3-2 (with the three being attacking midfielders).

This is an obvious flaw, you should be able to just set whatever tactic you want or at least use the tactic of choice by the coach who is taking care of the team. I know you can control the team and then do it all manually but that just doubles the workload and I dont really feel like sitting through 30+ games that all end in the 8-0 range.

So I'm asking those who have the demo, is this something that has been dealt with in fm 13? Can you just click "set 4-3-3" for your youth team and it plays that from now on?

You can set your reserves and youth team to mirror the tactics you're playing for your first team.
