Search for scouts, coaches with JPA appropriate for whatever league you are playing in. When you click on the scouts/coaches attributes it tells you what he is best suited for. One of these is sometimes 'Director of Football'. A for instance, at least in my game, is Tosh Farrell. Hope this helps. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
