Cos I think I requested once already, so the option to request again is no longer available. Will I be able to request it again during the next transfer window? Herbert Fandel Posted October 23, 2012 Share Posted October 23, 2012 Although I can't remember the exact timescales, it will become an option to ask for it again before long, usually a couple of months, and most probably before the next transfer window. Normally there aren't new funds made available in January, but given you are Chelsea it is more possible, as it can happen if the club is in an improved financial state or playing very well.
