HELP ME WITH FM PLS
Has anyone ever implemented a Zeman like attacking system in football manager? Can anyone describe his system abit better so I can try to duplicate it?
Kenco
If you don't know anything about the system then why do you want to implement it?

Cider Ed
The Way Roma set up against Genoa on Sunday was: (In A FM Way) ..................................................................Steklenburg (GK:STOPPER) Piris (FB:Sup)....................... Marquinhos (CB: Def).............................Leandro Castan (CB: Def) .....................................................................Tachditis (DM: Def)........................................................Balzareti (WB: Sup) ............................................De Rossi (BWM: Sup).................................Florenzi (CM: Sup) Lamela (IF: Att).......................................................................................Totti (Traq:Att) ................................................................... Osvaldo (AF: Att) Width: Wide Tempo: Very Fast Obviously ive probably got a few of the player roles wrong, but it was very pleasing on the eye, with the emphisis on the 3 centre mids to win possesion high up the field and feed the 3 attackers who remain up the field and are joined by the midfield. The key player for me being Balzareti who dominates the left flank on his own, bombing up and down. Very enjoyable to watch but against strong defensive teams can see them getting picked apart
sirgiorgio
Zeman's 4-3-3 is all about attacking. He once said "in 90 minutes you can score 90 goals..." That's the reason why strikers (especially young ones) love to play for him. It's an extreme tactic and Zeman regard it as the only one possible way to play football: he doesn't change a bit of it, regardless of his players (only possible exception: Totti), the opponent, the score, etc. Also, bear in mind that, ATM, the team is still "learning" and he himself confessed that they're not playing like he want them to. That doesn't mean that the results will automatically improve as the times passes... Anyway, to understand the "real" Zeman 4-3-3 I suggest watching a Pescara game from last season or, even better, a game from Foggia or Lazio in the '90s. In FM-terms, I feel the default 4-3-3 (the Barcelona way) is a bit too cautious to replicate his ultra-offensive views on football. A flat 4-3-3 would be better, perhaps. Anyway, as for team instructions, you can try this:
