For eg, I'm buying a player for 18million, paying up front a sum of 6mil, with the remaining 12mil in monthly installments of 12months. Where will this payment of 1million per month going forward be deducted from? From transfer budget or?? If from transfer budget, what will happen if there's insufficient funds in the budget?
