SinghyEFC4Life
does anyone have a guide on what the attributes are needed for player positions.
hendoc
My personal attribute guide what I try to use. This is by no means set in stone and is my own individual view on player attributes. Other people will almost certainly have different views on this Where: WM = winger FS = fast striker TM = target man

kajito99
I would add work rate to wingers and anticipation for both DMs and strikers. Good decisions and first touch always come in handy as well.
Mike_Cardinal
Teamwork/Work Rate is always good on FB/WBs. And its not a necessity, but paired with good Finishing, a high attribute score for First Touch on any striker can make them utterly lethal, they don't have to be all that quick or good in the air if they have a good Off The Ball/Composure/Technique, generally it means they can pick up through balls and nine times out of ten will make a lethal finisher.
