Bergkamp.10. Posted August 4, 2008 Share Posted August 4, 2008 yep training does help for my training i set each catagory by positions general - goalkeeping none, everything else medium goalkeeping- fitness intensive, tactics medium, attacking/defensive none, goalkeeping intensive, motivational intensive defending - fitness/defensive/motivational intensive, tactics medium, attacking light, goalkeeping none attacking - fitness/attacking/motivational intensive, tactics medium, defensive light/medium, goalkeeping none fitness - fitness/motivational intensive, everything else light technical - fitness light, tactics intensive, attacking/defensive medium, goalkeeping none, motivational intensive this seems to work good for me with pretty much every team i have been depending on your players, they could find some of my schedual too tiring (which some of my own players have in the past.) if this is the case, put them on 'general' and lower 'general's' intensity levels Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Vissia Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 Hi, just a quick question about this topic. Which attributes are improved by technical training? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bergkamp.10. Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 depends on what schedule you make on it Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Vissia Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 depends on what schedule you make on it Assuming that I'd use the schedule that you posted. technical - fitness light, tactics intensive, attacking/defensive medium, goalkeeping none, motivational intensive I guess the main thing that confuses me is technical? tactics? They aren't exactly the same thing but the game seems to be using them to refer to the same thing. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
liverpool_x1 Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 i've been using that training schedule for 2 seasons now, and every player that has come out of my youth acamedy seems to improves lots compared to what they would normally so cheers mate Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bergkamp.10. They aren't exactly the same thing but the game seems to be using them to refer to the same thing. well on my technical schedual, i tend not to focus on much physical training, but rather developing players' confidence and awareness (mind trainig). fitness can be the same thing, but having both of these scheduals allows to to slightly modify something (eg. if you wanted a certain player on technical, but wanted to build up his attack more, then copy out the fitnness schedual as the technical schedual, put up attack training, then jus put that 1 player on it) i've been using that training schedule for 2 seasons now, and every player that has come out of my youth acamedy seems to improves lots compared to what they would normally so cheers mate no probs liverpool_x1. yeah i've found that aswel, my younger players seem to develop very nicely when introduced to this time table early in their career. (it does stil help the older players, but tends to work better with the younger players) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Matthew Le God Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 I don't know if it is the same for handheld as it is for the PC game But in the PC game if you want 7 stars for your training then you need coaches to match each of these: Strength Fitness >= 18 Aerobic Fitness >= 18 Goalkeeping Coaching GKs >= 18 Tactics Tactical >= 18 Defending Defending = 18 & tactical >= 18 or Defending = 19 & tactical >= 14 or Defending = 20 & tactical >= 10 Ball Control Technique = 18 & Mental >= 18 or Technique = 19 & Mental >= 14 or Technique = 20 & Mental >= 10 Attacking Attacking = 18 & tactical >= 18 or Attacking = 19 & tactical >= 14 or Attacking = 20 & tactical >= 10 or Shooting Technique = 18 & Attacking >= 18 or Technique = 19 & Attacking >= 14 or Technique = 20 & Attacking >= 10 Set Pieces Technique = 17 & Mental + Attacking >= 39 or (eg: Mental= 20 + Attacking= 19) Technique = 18 & Mental + Attacking >= 36 or (eg: Mental= 18 + Attacking= 18, etc) Technique = 19 & Mental + Attacking >= 33 or Technique = 20 & Mental + Attacking >= 30 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

LSD Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 No, it's very cut down. You don't get to see any non-playing staff and you can only choose what training schedule the players train. IIRC, it's like CM99/00. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
