rob727 Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 Hi all, Would it be possible for someone to just confirm what it entails when I ask a member of staff to 1)find and make offers for players for the first team/young players for the future and/or 2)finalises first team signings/signings for young players for the future. As I understand it the first one lets them search for and bid for players, and negotiate contract terms if the bid is accepted, and the second one is simply confirming the transfer once all this has been done. Is this correct? Also a quick questions about the transfer targets list: if I have not assigned a member of staff to the above responsibilities and add a player to the transfer targets list would anything happen (ie DoF tries to sign him) or does this feature become obsolete? Basically if I don't want my staff to buy their chosen players for me, but I would like them to do all the negotiating for players I want, is it possible this way? I have just tried with nobody assigned and my DoF handled all the negotiations leaving me to confirm the transfer at the end. Next step is to test with no DoF employed lol.
