Thom Welch Posted November 3, 2012 Author Share Posted November 3, 2012 He only cost £28m as he had put in a transfer request after I had tapped him up in the media in the months leading up to the January transfer window. Glad I've kept Torres though at least till the end of the season as Falcao hasn't exactly lived up to expectations so far but I'm confident once he can speak the lingo and knows the team he'll be class. As a Chelsea fan I'm not that keen to get him in real life as I think we should have faith in Torres and after wasting £18m on Lukaku I think we need to develop him not just buy the current 'big thing'.
