I have a lot of fun doing this. so why not? How it works. 1. You just leave the name of the team. 2. I go and check the formation they have used in the last 5-10 games. 3. Check their playing style. 4. Make the formation, test it out at least 5-10 games or so and see if they play the way they do in real life. 5. Post it here 6. There is no promise that the formation/tactic will do wonders. So, don't get upset if you lose. Requests - Formations links will be added next to the name of the teams when they are released. 1. I am sure the formation will do better when you put the players in right position, great training and after the formation is fully jelled into the team. Tactic is added to the OP.
