FM13 - Help with laggy match engine

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I have never had any problems with previous FMs but I get a small bit of lag every now and then on this year's match engine. It's far from all the time, just every now and then. I assume it's because this years match engine is more demanding than previous versions? Anyway just wondered if it is due to the age of my graphics card? I have a NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT. Does this need replacing? Any help would be great. Cheers

Cheers mate.

Processor - Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz (4 CPUs)

Memory - 8190MB RAM

oh ok, you shouldn't be having issues with that tbh. or your graphics card really..

Id suggest defragging, disabling your anti virus etc and seeing if it makes a difference?

Also, make sure you have the graphics set to automatic in preferences in FM so you know you aren't pushing it too much.
