Finchy107
Hi all, I have never had any problems with previous FMs but I get a small bit of lag every now and then on this year's match engine. It's far from all the time, just every now and then. I assume it's because this years match engine is more demanding than previous versions? Anyway just wondered if it is due to the age of my graphics card? I have a NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT. Does this need replacing? Any help would be great. Cheers

Welshace
press Start button (windows one) in the search box.. type dxdiag and press enter it'll come up with your pc specs .. post them here? It could be that your processor is just a bit too on the slow side rather than your graphics card

Welshace
Cheers mate. Processor - Intel® Core2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz (4 CPUs) Memory - 8190MB RAM oh ok, you shouldn't be having issues with that tbh. or your graphics card really.. Id suggest defragging, disabling your anti virus etc and seeing if it makes a difference? Also, make sure you have the graphics set to automatic in preferences in FM so you know you aren't pushing it too much.

Administrators Neil Brock Posted November 6, 2012 Administrators Share Posted November 6, 2012 You'd need to post your graphics card details as well as this is a very important spec for the game.

Welshace
try the demo bob... that's the best idea... the game has minimum specs. But these are always a guideline and the game may run on systems below them. download the demo and give it a try. Although your system is a little on the weak side. soccer.joel
Am I wasting my time thinking about buying FM2013?? My pc is minimum specs and my graphics card is awful. I use the 2D match engine and close unnecessary programs And it's fine. Although with sound it lags and sometimes is slow. You should be able to run it.
