In fm2012 there was a sign button on the players page,but its not there in fm2013. |The only way i can bid is if i do - Add as transfer target - end of contract, which my director of football handles but i want to negotiate myself. In some countries now, ( particularly England ) you cant offer a contract to a player whose current deal is expiring till about 6 weeks before it expires.
