Team Report - Recommendation signings and Squad overall personality?

Don't like this years Team "Report". Report is in sarcastic quotation marks. Where can I find my Assistant recommending what position needs strengthing and recommendation players? And also where I will find out what sort of personality my squad is a whole? - in order to determine how I answer questions in the media.
