MidfieldMagician
I have just received FM13 retail boxed version (from Amazon), but when I enter the keycode on the back of the manual it says its already registered to another account. How can I register & install the game? Any help whatsoever would be massively appreciated, as I would dearly love to play the full game. I had downloaded & played the demo but uninstalled it ready to install the full game, not sure if that is part of the problem?.
Herbert Fandel
Did you buy it second hand? I expect your issue is with the retailer, you should inform them of the issue and ask them to either refund you or send another code.
daylight
You will have to contact Amazon or contact SEGA with a copy of your receipt and the code. If the game is not in your library then some other user has already used the code, also make sure you are using the right numbers/letters sometimes it is an "O" the letter and other times it is the "0" the number etc.
MidfieldMagician
It was brand new & still sealed. Wouldn't expect an invalid keycode on a brand new unopened product.
Kriss
Send photo proof of your code, receipt and disc to neil.brock[at]sigames.com, he should be able to get this resolved.
Davey Boy
Maybe you might be making a simple mistake using the letters O instead of the number ZERO.???? as far as im aware if your code shows 0 its the number zero not the letter O.
