One of my player, Marcell Jansen must be really nervous man, cause nearly every time he's on the pitch game says he feel nervous. I tried all motivation talks on him, but none work. Have you seen any real footballer who is nervous in almost every match he play? If he feel so nervous while playing football, why did he become footballer?
