rekluse Posted November 16, 2012 Share Posted November 16, 2012 I like the idea of a DOF, but among the other bugs involved with them it's quite annoying to allow them to sign youth players and they continually try to spend my budget throughout the transfer window so I am constantly cancelling their signings. I think it would make sense to allow the DOF to sign youth players with a pre-set budget set by the manager. Perhaps a slider in the board room under the Wages <-> Transfer Budget slider that is a 1st Team Transfer Budget <-> Youth Team Transfer Budget slider. I mean, can't be that hard to put in, as they've already got the ability to decide what you want to spend on a player you're after. However, it doesn't matter too much as it's very easy to just cancel the transfer. Happy with my DoF as he bought me Gareth Bale for less than £25m....I've seen Downing go for 20m on this game, and Bale should be going for 35m on this game! Very pleased!
