Tastudark
Just wondering what decides which attributes get trained in FMC? For example if my regen is a striker, will different attributes be trained more heavily if i play him as a poacher or as a target man for example? Also the progression bar in a players profile is always in the exact middle of the bar, just wondered if this is a bug?

spankie
I have heard, although it would be nice if someone from SI could confirm it, that the position and role you have the player playing corresponds to the training he is given. So if you play a triker as a Poacher he will be trained with emphasise on the attributes of a Poacher just as is you have selected that as his training scheme in the full fat game. Yes, this is right - though the assistant does choose the training focuses at his discretion, so it can be different in other cases if he feels the player(s) need it. spankie
So the better the assistant the better choice he would make on the focus. Does the coaching attributes of the assistant have a lot to do with the quality of coaching the players get? I'm asking because it's probably pretty rare to find someone who is good at coaching defence, attacking and keeping espcially when you're in the BSP. There obviously is some factor there so it's not a waste of time getting the best assistant you can in rather then the cheapest one, but how much of a factor? Ahh, that's good news. Any news on the progression bar ALWAYS being right in the middle? Pretty sure it is a bug.
