Attributes that important for each staff role

How can i learn this? I wonder that if determination is important for a phsio or if adaptability is important for a scout, etc.

Also for a simpler way than learning them through forum, wouldn't it be better if we could highlight important attributes for each role like we highlight players attributes? Maybe this can be an improvement in the game with the next update?

Have a look here (FM13 Online Manual). Contains lots of little hints about the best attributes for staff.

Good suggestion about having key attributes highlighted though. Something for FM14 maybe
