How do you guys do training?

Hey guys,

Just wondered what people tend to do as a rule of thumb for training?

At the moment i'm at a part-time club and i'm adopting the following:

Team: Balanced/Low

Individual: <Individual Role>/Heavy

But also considering...

Team: Balanced/Average

Individual: <Individual Role>/Average

I know many individuals in a team need tweaking if they are missing key attributes, or they are a specific youth prospect but i'm just wondering as a rule of thumb what people do, and what results people have had trying these different approaches?
