CAFC Nick
Hi, sorry I know this is in the wrong section but I thought if i just post it here for 2 minutes and get a response it can get deleted. Just wondering if CM3 or if any old Sports Interactive-CM games worked on Windows Vista. I have just bought a shiny new laptop with Vista and wanted to know if I could load up one of the best games ever! Thanks, Nick
Neji
You probably can but you may get Out of memory errors which means that the game may not run on Vista 'out of the box'. The general problem is that when CM3 was made, it wasn't known about such huge amounts of memory most computers have nowadays, so when it see a big number it doesn't know what to do with it and reports it as 'no memory'. Fortunately, I think this workaround should solve those problems. So in theory, yes you could get it to run but it may take a bit of messing around
Chesters86
I managed to get CM 01/02 working on Vista the other week. Didn't have any problems with it so fingers crossed CM3 would work just as well.
