Rob 396
Hello, I was wondering if anyone is planning to make the new Professional Development League, part of the new Elite Player Performance Plan that was introduced this year. Basically it's a new 'Barclay's Under 21 Premier League league' with two tiers. It is a successor to the Premier Reserve League, Premier Academy League, Central League, Football Combination and Football League Youth Alliance. The system covers the under-17 to under-21 age groups. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Professional_Development_League http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012%E2%80%9313_Professional_Development_League_1 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012%E2%80%9313_Professional_Development_League_2 I'm thinking about making it myself as i'm quite prolific with the editor, however i don't feel comfortable about editing the nation rules for the whole of England. Would we need to make Barcelona B, Castilla type teams for every club in the league, is that how it would work?
