Moving Folders

Hello guys

Just a quick question..

Every year I used to install Football Manager in my main hard drive C:

This year I got an SSD and I install every game in my 2nd hard drive along with programms, steam etc.

So through FM preferences inside the game I changed the location to E: (I created a folder there) instead of C: along with the temporary game files.

At the same time there are two folders created in my documents folder at my SSD..Since I want to add there some facepacks, logos etc. I want to know if I move those folders to E: everything will be fine or those folders will be created again at My Documents?

My point is that I want nothing to run from my SSD but from my 2nd Hard Drive..

So I want to know if the above is the solution..
