Imagine i'm Liverpool and my expectation is to finish in the top four and i'm currently in eigth but only 2 points off the desired places, then why is this not taken into consideration in job security? mark b Posted December 24, 2012 Author Share Posted December 24, 2012 Often it occurs earlish into the season too, when your job is in danger because your a few points off expectations after half the season or so, it's pretty ridiculous, especially when the board are happy with most things.
