MaxwellHammer
Can you train a player to be a natural at a position?
dafuge
Yes, but the time it takes will depend on the player, the position and how often he plays in that position.

DarthCraigus
You can speed up the progression to natural by playing him in the position he's training for as often as possible, but bear in mind the 'natural' status can be lost if you stop playing him there for a certain length of time. bleventozturk
Just another thing SI doesn't bother improving the last I don't know how many years, although pointed out so many times. I've seen so many good suggestions made (including mines) about this, but no, instead of fixing the actual game affecting features, SI prefers to add one more useless feature, add more skins, etc. I love FM2012, but there are still important features that need to be significantly improved, like match ratings, transfers, AI squad building (these three are maybe the most essential features in a fm game), and I won't buy another FM game (haven't bought FM2013, glad about my decision now) until SI will decide to do something about the core features of the game.
