MasterOfSuspense
One of my coaches was signed 2 years ago and had an unproven rep - 2 years later, and having got his Continental B and A badges his rep is still unproven Surely it is wrong
underwater sunlight
possibly, but on the plus side - less teams are going to poach an unproven coach and that should keep wage demands down too
Soninho
My wonder is this: When the coaches get continental B or A or something, does their stats change to the better?
Jibby123
Their stats definitely do (I've watched it to check) by 2 or 3 on some of their attributes though not all, but not sure whether their rep does.

Alright.. Thanks for reply. That sound very good! But all three of my coaches that are studying for a better licence are having a rough time and their licenses gets thrust forward all the time.. But when/if they're done and they improve without their rep getting higher I will be very satisfied!
underwater sunlight
if they are struggling to complete a qualification it means that they are close to their potential and have no more scope for improvement (i think)
