Makoto Nakamura
And since that's with the bug that star ratings are lower than they should be, another 2 players have 5* PA but I've not added tags to them.

Squad - Got some great youth coming through, and no I know that they can't play if they're on a youth contract! Finances - £4M balance now thanks to State TV money, hopefully more for upgrades?. Key Players: Dairo - Him again, scored another 23 in 28 games and 69 in 94 games at the club. Batista - Good in the center and got 12 goals. Cesar Augusto - When I joined the club he was 15 and was the only player in the Youth Team, now he's 18 and looking amazing! Squad - A good youthful squad although we could use another DR. Finances - £4.5M in the balance but the board don't want to upgrade the Youth Facilities. Key Players: Artur (YP1a) - The first Youth product and age 18 he is quickly becoming one of the best players at the club. Ezequiel - Managed to help with 11 goals and 15 assists so a good season for him. Cesar Augusto - Got top scorer with 24 goals, not bad for a 19 year old. Ichabod
Do you train your youth player to play in different positions from where they started? Cesar (YP5d) seems like a pretty good FB or WB, while his skills are a bit wasted in the middle of the field, in my opinion.

Cesar (YP5d) seems like a pretty good FB or WB, while his skills are a bit wasted in the middle of the field, in my opinion. I most likely will re-train him as I like my players to be quite versatile so they can help cover for other positions.

In the national league we also did very well and didn't see us get outclassed as we nearly pushed our way into the promotion playoffs. Squad - Very yong squad as there are only 6 players over 20, a couple of seasons and we'll be ready for promotion. Finances - £1.5M profit this season sees us with £2.4M in balance, still looking very good. Key Players: Cesar Augusto - A great season for Cesar as he scores 30 in 33. Artur (YP1a) - Great average rating as he leads the defence. Tinguinha (YP2b) - Improved a hell of a lot and is now in the first team, he repaid me with 12 assists. Makoto Nakamura
Rio Branco FC (AC) - Campeonato Brasileiro Serie C - Campeonato Acriano - 2018 Campeonato Acriano Table Campeonato Acriano Positions Graph Campeonato Brasileiro Serie C Table Campeonato Brasileiro Serie C Positions Graph A great State Championship sees us start to get some dominance as we scored an average of 3.5 goals per game and barely conceded, shame the same can't be said about the Natonal Division as we managed to sneak into the playoffs on the last day but lost at the first hurdle. Squad - The squad is still getting better and with the new Youth we'll have a set back four, now all we need are some better strikers. Finances - The Youth Setup is taking most of our money but they're still looking okay. Key Players: Dairo - I had to sell Cesar Augusto as he refused to sign a new contract so Dairo was our top scorer scoring 37 in 38, unfortunately he only scored 9 in the National Division so he scored 28 in 19 in the State Championship. Tinguinha (YP2b) - 20 assists this season and he just keeps getting better! Mosca (YP1b) - Scored 26 goals this season so very good for the 20 year old. manutdfan1999
maoto is it ot the junior coaching and youth recruitment that decide the level of the player. I thought the youth facilities were the traing facilities for the youth squad
Big Marv
maoto is it ot the junior coaching and youth recruitment that decide the level of the player. I thought the youth facilities were the traing facilities for the youth squad It is, but youth players improve at a greater rate than senior players, hence better youth facilities will enable a player to quicker reach his potential. gogogo golem
Well done Makoto and you're doing a great job. To those of you thinking the youth facilities are training facilities for the youth team are wrong, them combined with junior coaching and youth recruitment are the main decisive factors in the quality of players (as well as the HOYD). A bit of advice for you Makoto, most Brazilian players tend to have stinking attitudes so make sure your HOYD has a good personality, media handling style and determination.
