We didn't even know what the scene was, however, somehow we pulled through without any resources or content. So that's a little information for you, we don't really have a focus point yet but we are quite good with discussion in places, and our graphics section is developing well. We currently have 1,433 members and over 78,000 posts. Here is our AUGUST update, we post a update everywhere ONCE a month, I hope you like it and possibly sign up, or at least take a glance. First up, a big well done to Adz who is yet another of our 'home-grown' members, he has been outstanding and has won the Member of the Month competition after weeks of quality posting from himself. I'll be honest with you - FMD isn't going through our best ever FM posting times, however what site is at the moment? Although our 'Away from the game' sections are booming, with tonnes of posts every day. Our brand new Collab League is a great new competition for all your graphical masterminds. Season 1 has already started, however season 2 will be around in a month or two's time. For now, check it out over HERE and get voting on the current 'fixtures'! Moderator Dave.afc is about to re-start our Wednesday Night Pub Quiz, which consists of 2 or 3 people in a team, who have to answer quick fire questions on msn about sport, FM, general knowledge and current affairs and topics. You can sign up and participate in season 2, which is starting very soon! Meanwhile, with the release of Sports Interactive's latest creation imminent, FMD is the place to be to talk all about Football Manager Live. We have one of the busiest FML sections on the 'scene', and it is the perfect palce to get any information on the game. HERE is the forum. Back to the normal Football Manager series though, and Levi has assembled an FMD database. It can be downloaded HERE and when or if alot of bugs are found - he will be creating another version, so stick around FMD for a while, and you could be in the next FMD FC and have your own player in Football manager 2008! Possibly FMD's most active areas, is it's FM GFX forum. Kits, Facepacks, Logos and more, and you know the best part? The majority are 100% FMD exclusive! So, enhance your game with a graphical touch, or take a look in the WIP sections, where the GFX team are hard at work creating new designs that will be ready for you immediately when FM2009 is released! Our Graphic Section really does have everything - so take a look! The 'your game' section has had a boost this month, especially compared to how it was several weeks ago. You can read up on peoples latest FM games, be it with Chelsea or be it with Yeovil Town! Since the last update FM Discussion has seen massive growth. We have expanded further than we ever thought we could and continue to grow with each day. Sunday the 21st of December 2008 marked our 1 year birthday and also saw us become and official SI Affiliate site, which sees us included on Football Manager 2009 as well as helping to ensure the long term future of the site. We at FMD took the oppurtunity with the release of FM 2009 to reinvent the site. A new skin custom designed by Rab74RFC bears the new colour scheme of black and orange to coincide with the colours of this years Football Manager game. We've also redesigned much of the layout of the forums as well as a complete reshuffle in staff positions.
