Worcester City Researcher Posted January 17, 2013 Share Posted January 17, 2013 Hi there, Can anyone tell me the attributes I need to edit for the following: Chairman to have extremely high levels of patience (basically a Steve Gibson at Boro type person who won't sack a manager at the drop of a hat) and won't go above your head to sell players. In FM Steve Gibson has high patience and low interference, but in my current game Middlesbrough have had Tony Mowbray, Paul Buckle, Steve Bruce, and now Steve Clark as managers in the space of 6 seasons - despite Boro never being threatened with relegation from the Championship. Gibson gives them 1 year to 18 months and sacks 'em! Seems even the most patient Chairman sack their managers too often in FM13. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
