churros Posted January 19, 2013 Share Posted January 19, 2013 I've set this player's asking price at 12m and the game automatically accepts offers from other clubs for FREE. I've set instructions to "no instructions", have full responsibility over contract handling (none of my staff have any authority to handle contract negotiations) Is this a known bug or is there something that I may be doing wrong? Herbert Fandel Posted January 19, 2013 Share Posted January 19, 2013 Without meaning to be rude, I am 99% sure it is one of the following - He has a release clause - You have accidentally changed something in staff responsibilities - You added him to your unwanted list to sell for £0 I have seen some people who thought they were 'setting a transfer value' and were actually doing it on the unwanted list screen, then were confused when the player was sold. Even if you don't have a DoF the unwanted list still functions, just your Chairman does it instead. Equally the unwanted list is 100% seperate and unrelated to staff responsibilities. Even if you have everything set to yourself, the unwanted list, development list and transfer target list are still manned by the AI. Perhaps SI need to make this clearer.
