DNicholls Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 Hello, om managing in the Swedish 3rd tier and I'm struggling (obviously) to attract any talent. Is there stats that are better than others for lower lower and lower still, league management? I mean, I can get strikers with finish at most of 10 really, but there other stats are truly terrible (1s and 2s mainly) ... Is it better to get hardworking/determined players that have stats of around 5 for that position, or is it better to go for higher position stats and take a big hit on teamwork, work-rate and determination. Relatively new to lower league management..... Brand new to foreign lowest league management! Help is greatly appreciated, any tips/advice is welcome!
