Ashley_Phoenix Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 I just got offered a job at Leeds FC, and it says "Current boss *boss name* would be likely to put up brave fight to keep him at *current club*" However, nothing happens either way. I think it would be good if your current boss would offer something to keep you. Such as a new contract with more money, or it could let you pick a certain option, like more wage budget, transfer budget, stadium expansion, pick a parent or feeder club. I know that some of these options wouldn't be possible because of financial stability and such, so another thing that your boss could say is that he'd add some more money into the club. Any other ideas? Another idea that just crossed my mind, it doesn't have much to do with this topic, but I think you should be able to negotiate for more transfer budget or wage budget when other clubs offer a contract.
