barrsffc88 Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Hello people ive been searching this site and all of the web on how to activate the regional Englsih league system. i could do it on fm11 fm12 easy, but for some reason i can not activate it on FM 13. i go to add national rule add lower league etc etc. then when i go to start a league game it does not let me play in them leagues.
