Defending well but can't score

Been really struggling this year on FM no matter what team i am or what style of tactic i use.

In my latest save I'm Coventry City who are expected to challenge for the League 1 title. I've had no problem defending solidly, only conceding 2 goals in 8 games, one of which was a penalty, including a 0-0 drew away to Everton. The problem however is the fact that my team are not creating any chances what so ever meaning goals are hard to come by. Over those same 8 games i have only scored 5 goals, split between 3 games.

As you can see, its not a overly defensive setup so I'm not sure what i else i can do to try and solve the problem. Thanks for any help.

EDIT: In the 1st image, Chuks Aneke & Steve Jennings are in the wrong role, they should be switched around.
