GTFCJACK
I always set all to "HIGH" but does it really make a difference?
hluraven
I always have them all on high as well, it boosts morale for a surprisingly long time and I figure that the benefits of winning will outweigh any extra expenditure
Mattias333
Lol ive always wondered how much difference it really makes. In theory as long as you achieve success you should make enough money usually to cover the bonus with the club making a profit. In terms of does it spur your players on to achieve success? IMO i'd say yes. I always play only 1 or 2 very long term saves on FM and usually always start with a club that the media suspect will be relegation candidates. BUT I always seem to achieve success, whether its through playoffs or directly winning said league. Now I wont pretend im a FM god or anything but I do firmly believe that the bonus has an impact. Especially as many players comment on being happy with the bonus etc.... Sometimes I only select a normal bonus for cups etc....and when I think about it there is a difference in performance for my teams. I usually always set a high bonus for league as a rule. Does impact finances though. Especially if prize money isnt large.
