burleighfox
Does anyone know if it costs your club to enter your reserve and under 18 teams into a league as it does in the ''real world''?
CityAndColour
I've always assumed so. I rarely field a reserves team in the lower leagues for exactly this reason.
burleighfox
I've just finished first season with Hinckley and somehow finished in the top half of the league but there seems to be less money in the club and I'm about to lose two or three top performers because I can't afford their contracts and am thinking that It'd be a good way of saving money if it does in fact cost to do so. gogogo golem
After a reserve or youth home game, watch your finances and you'll see it has cost you a lot in match day expenditure and in the long term will run down your stadium(s) and pitch condition, if the youths/reserves play in the main stadium. There is little income in it, when your club gets bigger there will be a little more income but it's still generally a loss, you're not going to be able to develop anyone if you're rising up the leagues.
