Sky Sports....You think Forest can win another European Cup!!! What sort of timescale are you looking at?

Fawaz.....Yes maybe 6 years its possible. But first we have to build for promotion this season we will look to finish mid table I have set aside a transfer budget of £5M we must then push on and gain promotion.

Michael.....I will get to work tomorrow and evalute the squad and coaching staff I like to play an attractive style of football and will make sure any signings will be scouted thoroughly. I would like to say that I will be looking for the whole club to give 110% the hard work starts now.

Pre Season Staff Meeting

Ned Kelly....On behalf of the coaching staff I would like to welcome you to the club Michael.

Michael.......Thank you, after watching the training sessions over the last few days I have identified the positions I would like to strengthen, starting with a Goalkeeper as I think Karl Darlow needs time to settle into the first team squad so I have alerted our scouts to look for another keeper to push Darlow for a first team place. I also think we need to bring in another Left Back and Winger who can play down both channels.I have also given Jonathan Greening permission to speak to Sheffield Wednesday after recieving a bid of 160k.

I want to prepare the side to play in a 4-4-1-1 formation for our first pre season friendly against West Ham next week. My preferred starting line up for the game is:

GK...Darlow

RB...Jara

CB...Collins (capt)

CB...Ayala

LB...Harding

CM...Guedioura

CM...Majewski

LM...Reid

RM...Lansbury

We have played some very good football during pre season and look ready for the season ahead, captain Danny Collins as caught the eye with some good solid performances. The purchase of Karim Ait Fana looks to be a good bit of business, the former Montpellier winger as chipped in with 3 goals and settled in to the fluid 4-4-1-1 system.
