Need help with creating a Database

I was wondering if anyone here who has some great experience using the editor could give me some great tips.

I wan't to create a database with a new league so I can play with my friends over network. The idea is to make a unknow league we can have some fun with. I'm however not sure how to do this and even if it's possible at all.

1)You can of course not create a new league but I could transfer and change another league right?

2)Some things are hardcoded and I was wondering if these things are: League reputation, CL and Cup team places, work permit and foreign players.

3)If I move a league to another country could I take the original teams from that league and move them back to there own country just without a league and create totally new teams into the league?

4)I wan't that league to be a close contender to the big leagues like the english, spain, italy. However I know the prize winning money in other leagues are lower, is there anyway to make up for those lower prizes?

5)What happens with the way foreign players are handled? Is it based on the country the league is based in? For example if I would swap italian and english league would the new english league (old italian) now accept one foreign player each year based on the league or still need work permit based on the country?

6)Are regens affacted in anyway by the host country of the league, if I put a big type league in a small country will I get worse regens? Is that perhaps mostly based on the league and the teams there?

7)On creating players, can I put a random element on CA as you can with PA? If you have 0 in abilities it will be random, will it be in no way affected by postition? So you could end up with a striker with 20 in marking and tackling but 10 in finishing?

8)European countries that have no league, do they get to place teams into Champions league, if so how is that determined. And If I move a league to such a country will there be a double layer of teams coming from there or can I move those options over to the country I stole the league from?

9)Any other things I should be on the lookout for? I might ask more questions as they come to mind.

Any special leagues you can reccomend for me. I would like not to have to many teams and perhaps 3 divisions or so.
