ronaldo1026
I only manage international teams in FM, mainly because I *don't* like dealing with things like training and contracts...but with my World Cup starting soon, is it best to leave my match preparation to my assistant manager or should I control that? My assistant has done a good job, but it feels like the value of this game goes down with international management because its all about selecting a squad and telling it how to play. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Plainlayzee
If you are an international manager you should have plenty of time to deal with the match preparation etc. If you don't do that, you are literally naming the starting 11. Plus, your assistant is probably as stupid as mine and will have the team practising golf rather than defending set peices. Do it yourself mate if I were you.
