Milidh
Is possible to create and run multiple custom leagues from different countries i.e. use my 8 tier Scottish setup with my irish re structure (to be done). I know this didn't work with fm12 anybody any advice on how to get it to work for fm 13?
krlenjushka
i dont understand... you want to create new nation rules for multiple countries or what?
Milidh
I have already got my Scottish setup in a file and plan to create new file for Irish setup
krlenjushka
if you make two nation rules you must make them one by one. my advice is to make all database changes that you want and save file compressed(dbc file). then copy that file in football manager 2013/data/db/1300/dbc after that when you load editor all changes that you made are in editor as default (also in game) now you can add nation rules one by one

If your Scottish tier 8 database is built under Scottish nation rules and that database is saved, then you build your Irish leagues under Irish nation rules and that database saved seperately, they both should run fine together (you'd need to tick both your custom DB's on the Editor files screen when setting up a new game with them). NO I just get a list of errors from Scottish leagues not having enough teams
alian62
The errors are due to the so called unique IDs that the fame uses ... If one of your created divisions uses a Id 100000025 and then create another new custom league it will use the same Ids ... So the errors are due to that
Kenco
When creating multiple nation rules files, I have found the best thing to do is to re-load the default database in between files, otherwise the same changes go into both files and it messes everything up. Therefore the best is way that i described in the post above. you make all changes that you want for all countries. save that file as dbc and place it in database changes folder. now when you load editor you have all that changes as default. now you can easly make multiple nation rules files

Shame you cant set your own unique ids

I copied file to SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2013\data\db\1330\dbc and SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2013\data\db\1300\dbc. But I still won't load I still only get 46 Scottish competitions, but when I load file manually I get 102 competitions. Help please.
