braddockmatt Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 Hi, im currently just setting up my teams individual training programes, and i have many players training on different things, ie my senior players are learning to play the role that i want them to play on the field, while some of my younger players are learning either new position or trying to improve a certain attribute. The question i have is how do you set peoples intensity ?? do i set it high for younger players because they can pick it up (learn) quicker ?? or do i set it higher for senior players because they are currently needed to do that role straight away. any help will be great. cheers Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
eple Posted April 2, 2013 Share Posted April 2, 2013 Professionalism will be key so look at their mentality for your answer. If the player is a professional you can set it to high and he will be quite happy to do that, but be careful if he is also learning a position and/or PPM.
