I'm just starting my first editing project and need some help to get a few things clear in my head.

Basically I'm proposing to build a fantasy world league with newly created teams of superstars based in different countries but with the competition finals taking place in a 'host' nation.

My questions:

1) Should I use one of the 'extinct' or unused nations as a base?

2) If so would Great Britain be an option?

3) Can clubs I create in a different nation play in competitions 'hosted' by this nation?

4) Will the nation creation affect regens?

5) How do I figure out what amounts of prize money/TV money to give?

6) Will the clubs (assuming I can do what I've stated above) be governed by tax rules of the new nation or their 'home' nation?

There will undoubtedly be more questions but that'll do for now.
