hashassin
Hi, I'm in January, and i have a player i know i will be selling after the season. He's my first team, but he's contract is up in 1,5 years and he wants a raise from 60k to 150k. He's also concerned cause wants to move to a bigger club, but i promised him to win the league in 2 years. Now, my question is, if i will seal the deal in february/march, will this affect much his play? His character is professional, and i'm thinking that if he will agree move to Barcelona (my guess, they were interested in him whole pre-season), he maybe can play even a bit better, knowing what awaits next year... But i know that's just wishful thinking... Mostly i'm afraid that this might negatively affect his game. I know i could just sell him after the season, but if i will "sell him early" than he can go as a backup, and i wont be worried by his drop in value (not playing much), cause i will already have transfer agreed... Kenco
Or just sell him now, before the window closes.
TacticalGenius
I've pre-sold players between transfer windows and not noticed any change in form because of it.
hashassin
Or just sell him now, before the window closes. well, i dont want too, he's really good, but i wont pay him the money he wants, so i can field him in important matches... i can buy someone in his place, you may say, but before he will gel with team etc it may take time,
