"development has slowed somewhat and he needs better challenges to further his progress"

Recommended Posts

ive had this description for a couple of players ive taken on loan in the feedback bit from my coaches in the training screen. what on earth does it mean and how can I rectify it??? the players in question have played great so far and I am using normal training. any ideas anyone?

I am Wrexham and have 37 year old jody craddock onloan and its saying it for him. cant think of many other challenges I could offer him at his age!

yeah sorry just to make it clear, I am manager of Wrexham in the blue square prem and I have just got jody (amounst others) on loan. it is saying it for a few of my players. I have signed a couple of over 30 somethings and its saying it for them as well. weird. not sure what challenges they could want at their age to further their progress!

plus, why sign for me if they felt that way? and further still, why would my coach be saying such rubbish about players in the twilight of their career that I have just that week signed???

It's not the way they feel, it is not indicating that they are unhappy. It's the coaches assessment of their potential to develop further in training, which at 30 something in any club in FM would be small and especially in a BPS-side.
