Registering u17 players to senior squad?

Hi everybody,

I'm recently working on an expansion to the Israeli league system, down to the 5th (and last) tier. Everything is going very well so far, but there's one issue that is bothering me. I want to be able to register players under 17 of age to league competitions, and i'm not being able to do so. The game only allows me to register over 17 players, which is really annoying. I believe I tried to look at every section in the editor (Nation Rules->Fixture Rules, Israel, the competitions outside nation rules), and I couldn't find what I'm looking for. Can anybody rescue me?
