alex51197
Arsenal- The Quest For A Trophy Since 2005, Arsenal have been unable to win a trophy, they have been close on many occasions, but fell at the last hurdle every time, apart from the Emirates Cup.... My aim with Arsenal is to bring trophies back to the club, and make them a league challenging team in England and make them a world force to be reckoned with. During this save i will be doing monthly updates, and looking a lot at players development in the club, I want to change this club from being a club that in recent years has sold all its best players, to a club that can keep hold of these players, and attract attention from players all over the world. One of my main aims also with this is to develop the young talent coming through Arsenals youth system, they have a very good youth system and I want to give everyone a chance in the team, and if they don't have a future with Arsenal, I want to give them a good career with another team. also I want to be bringing in and developing young UK and Irish based players, this I believe is fundamental to a club and country to develop its own players from their country, it has been seen with clubs like Barcelona, who most of their players are Spanish except a few, Messi for example, so if their is a wonder kid who is foreign I wont deny him a chance with Arsenal. The Formation With Arsenal I want to encourage nice passing football, and attacking football as one of contract requirement is, to keep possesion, and play attacking football, so with my formation I'm looking to control the game and at the same time have two good wingers who can cross the ball in and give the ball into the target man, and some play-makers in the centre of the park to make things happen. As you can see im aiming to use the winger a lot with the likes of Walcott and Ox who have a lot of pace, and Giroud is a very good target man in the middle to aim for Team and Player Instructions Team Instructions Full Backs Centre Back- Cover Centre Back- Stopper Ball Winning Midfielder Deep Lying Playmaker Advanced Playmaker Wingers Target Man Width, Pace and Passing With the current Arsenal team, we have two incredibly fast and talented wingers in the Ox and Walcott, so in this formation i look to take advantage of this, this means that a lot of crosses are going to be playing into the box with the main man Giroud, he is a perfect target man for the job, although with podolski we have a different type of striker, he can play on the wing too with his pace which will probably suit him better. although they are the only two main strikers we have apart from Walcott and bendtner out on loan, they wont be able to cut it playing a target man, so in the future we need to look into bringing in a new world-class striker with power and pace. So thats about it, ill put updates out proble every month or so and show you how things are going and how were developing, so any feedback is appreciated and advice is good too. Lenzar
Good luck with this. I used to follow Arsenal in the days of Tony Adams et al. Would be great to see a new back four.
