Farm/B team q

There are a nummer of different affiliated club types. What is the difference between B, 2 and II. Also, what is the effect of ticking the 'same board' box.

What I want to do is have an affiliated team that still functions as a 'first team' while youth players can be moved between them. Also the head team should control signings and contract negotiations for the 'farm team'. Ideally they should both have reserve and youth team (and the farm team should have youth intake)

There isn't much difference between 2/B/II and 3/C/III teams, they're essentially the same thing, just other words to describe a second or third team (B or C can mean fourth and fifth team as well).

The same board, when ticked, means the two clubs should share the same chairman, director of football etc but not the first-team staff.

If you want players to move between the two teams, you can tick players move freely. I don't know if you can do that with a "parent" club, but you could always tick first option to buy so the parent team gets a chance to buy them.

I think you can still have reserve and youth teams for both, however it'll depend how you set them up. Say for example, if I was to make a club with fourth and fifth teams, I'd make them separately and then have affiliations on all three clubs. I don't know if you can make the second team only have youth intake, I'm assuming it would happen to both.
