Venues for international competitions + foreign managers

I am creating a new international competition to go with an edited database I have created. The competition has 5 nations in it, and each hosts it in turn in a cycle. This all works fine, which is great.

My problem is that it seems that only one stadium is used for every fixture. For example in one year every game was held at Villa Park. I really want the games to be spread around a variety of stadiums, how would I go about achieving this? Is it actually possible.
