Candre168
Basically, I was getting annoyed by the fact that since I started my save (In 2017 now) I've gotten the highest co-eff ranked UEFA team in every group/knockout round I've played in. So exactly 3 days before the next CL knockout draw I saved my game and decided if I got the highest ranked team I could possibly get (Real Madrid who finished second in their group, I finished first), I'd reload. Well, I got Real Madrid and decided to reload, on three times, and noticed the complete CL draw was exactly the same on each reload. Which leads me to believe the game pre-determined what the draw would be at the end of the group stages. Not suggesting the game is fixed to give the user the hardest team, but surely the draw should be spontaneous on the day of the draw and not pre-determined? soccer.joel
They are set at the start of the day I think and when you enter the draw they are just revealed to you. So if you save a few days to a week before, you will get I different draw I believe. I haven't reloaded a draw since FM10 though as its kind of cheating
Gazza88
It's fixed on the load previous to the news item coming up. What I mean by that is when you press continue and the news item appears when the game returns from "processing" the draw was established in that processing time not when you click on view draw. It's the same with youth intake. You have to save the day before the youth intake is due and reload if you didn't want what you got. I know this because I've tested it myself as I did wonder if it was predetermined.
